Project Description: Replacement of existing sanitary sewer upper lateral replacement by pipe bursting including CCTV investigation, installation of various appurtenances (District Cleanout, Twoway Cleanout, Sewer Backflow, etc), excavation, concrete replacement, and repair of surface improvements. The Project also includes sawcutting, trenching, and sanitary sewer lower lateral replacement.

Replacement of existing sanitary sewer conveyance piping, maintenance hole rehabilitation or new construction, lateral replacements, and all ancillary work necessary and incidental to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The intent of the project is to rehabilitate an existing building that was formerly used for dewatering and make it more suitable for dry storage and forklift access. The scope of the project will include, replacement of the existing roof, including removing existing vent fans and sealing roof penetrations no longer in use.

Project Description: Replacement of outdated Motor Control Center (MCC) lineup including Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Control Panel (CP) with Operator Interface Terminal (OIT), as well as necessary conductors and conduits; providing a temporary motor control center and associated temporary conductors to facilitate equipment replacement; completion and testing of facilities and all other work necessary and incidental to complete the work as shown on the Plans and indicated in the Contract Documents.

Project Description: Replacement of corroded electrical conduits, conductors, and enclosures with corrosion resistant materials throughout the Dewatering Building.

In Building 64: Replace existing switchboard, motor control center, and variable frequency drive equipment with new equipment. Add new remote input/output equipment. In Building 75: Replace existing motor control center and variable frequency drive equipment with new equipment. Add new remote input/output equipment. Provide a temporary motor control center and associated temporary conductors to facilitate equipment replacement in Buildings 64 and 75.

Project Description: Replacement of corroded electrical conduits, conductors, and enclosures with corrosion resistant materials throughout the Dewatering Building.

The intent of the project is to rehabilitate an existing building that was formerly used for dewatering and make it more suitable for dry storage and forklift access. The scope of the project will include, leveling the existing concrete floor by saw cutting, grinding, and placing a topping slab; closing existing penetrations and openings in the masonry walls; and, replacing corroded, embedded walkway supports. Repairing spalled concrete, and recoating structural steel elements may be included as alternate bid items.

The intent of the project is to rehabilitate an existing building that was formerly used for dewatering and make it more suitable for dry storage and forklift access. The scope of the project will include, leveling the existing concrete floor by saw cutting, grinding and placing a topping slab; replacing roofing materials, repairing spalled concrete, recoating structural elements and closing existing penetrations and openings in the masonry walls.
