Building 68 Rehabilitation Project

The intent of the project is to rehabilitate an existing building that was formerly used for dewatering and make it more suitable for dry storage and forklift access. The scope of the project will include, leveling the existing concrete floor by saw cutting, grinding and placing a topping slab; replacing roofing materials, repairing spalled concrete, recoating structural elements and closing existing penetrations and openings in the masonry walls.
